We have invested a total 30 million USD dollar in importing advanced production lines and testing equipments from Canada,German, Japan, which helps us to guarantee the high performance and good quality of our batteries and keeps us amoung the top level manufacturers in China

With the advanced production lines, professional manufacturing team and proficient production skills, our daily capacity is above 1,000,000mAh. The automatic coating machine, slitter machine, Canada Hibar automatic liquid injection machine and all other advanced equipments ensure the high quality and high consistency of the battery.

In order to ensure the excelletn quality of the incming raw materials, we randomly test 10% of them, if the raw materials do not meet our requirements, we would reject them. all our staff have a high quality consciousness and we build a post-responsibility system for the wntire production process, every step of production will detect the product coming from the previous step. once the defect detected, the product will be rejected. meanwhile, we will trace the responsibility of the defect, safety minitoring such as overdischarge, over charge, anti-aging, short circuit, extrusion, acupuncture and so on should be carried out before the products leave the factory.
